While studying finance, I started my first business, Reflex Solutions in 2000.

Since then, I have grown this business into a group of companies. I have successfully built and serviced a large portion of the South African telecommunications market.

My expertise is in conceptualizing business opportunities, testing business models, establishing and motivating teams, and building products from the ground up. I enjoy looking for competitive edges, understanding the technicalities, and proving that business models work.

My ability to both bootstrap businesses and understand capital structures, as well as making capital work, underpins my success.

A qualified CA (SA), with 20 years’ experience, I entered the ITC space in 2014 when joining Reflex Solutions as Managing Director. Together with CEO Greg Wilson, we grew the business 10X and this culminated in the formation Myriad Capital and the launch of new spin off businesses in the software and infrastructure ITC space. I am currently the Group CFO at Myriad Capital.

My prior experience includes completing articles within the entrepreneurial division of Deloitte, followed by 2 years working in Ireland and the United Kingdom, most notably working on a £2bn tripartite purchase and breakup of a former LSE Property Portfolio. Key to this success was the trust I gained, and relationships built with shareholders and key management.

Since returning to South Africa I have worked in FMCG, Media, Logistics and ICT. My success is due to my natural business acumen, strategic focus and leadership skills. I take time to understand business challenges and identify growth opportunities and, when necessary, create a corrective course of action.

I joined Myriad Capital in 2021 and oversee the firm's capital structure, debt and equity funding, M&A, new investments, portfolio company integration and onboarding.

Before Myriad, I served as a partner and Chief Operating Officer at Ethos Private Equity, a leading African private equity and alternative asset manager. I played a key role in originating, closing, and managing successful investments across various industries, and expanded the firm's operational capabilities.

I have been involved in investment activities and debt and equity financing in various African countries, the USA, Australia and the UK.

I am a Chartered Accountant (SA) and completed my article training at PwC. I was drawn to Myriad Capital due to its exceptional growth potential, entrepreneurial culture, dynamic and agile environment, and ability to raise and deploy capital.

Over the last few years, I held various Sales, General Management, and Executive positions, which allowed me to gain practical experience across several organizational functions in the Information, Communications & technology industries.

I am an ambitious individual & growth opportunities energize me. I joined Myriad because of its existing capability, team, and future growth potential.

I have a strong understanding of the industry and a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.

My role as Chief Operating Officer is to ensure that we have the strategies & structures to drive success across our Group of companies.

With over 20 years’ experience in business and consumer marketing, I help brands build mental and physical availability with distinctive brand assets that drive market share and growth. I have experience in brand and digital marketing, e-Commerce, CRM, content marketing and IOT. I thrive where creativity meets technology.

I started my marketing career as the first representative for Facebook in Africa, and later launched Social@Ogilvy, the worldwide social marketing division of Ogilvy in Cape Town. I have held managing director roles for advertising agencies in Kenya and South Africa, and more recently, the position of Head of Marketing for Tencent Africa. I joined Myriad Capital
because of its dynamic team of entrepreneurs and incredible future growth prospects.
